Based on Jonathan Edward's resolutions I have written 25 of my
own (Edwards had too many and they were written in old English). I have spent a
few years meditating on them and they have been a great help. Maybe they will
edify and inspire you. Here is number 5:

4:26-27Revenge and justice belongs in the hands of God who is above all and is perfect. With his help I will keep my blood cool when others insult or hurt me. The heart of revenge is unforgiveness and God has commanded us to forgive others as we have been forgiven.
